The 2024 3RNET Academy series brought a record number of more than 800 registered attendees nationwide. Approximately 80% of the attendees polled during our first session, reported they were first time academy participants.
Following the 6-part virtual sessions, 100% of attendees surveyed responded “yes” when asked if the Academy series was a good use of their time. Some of the sessions topics that were reported to be particularly beneficial were onboarding, engagement, marketing to multi-generations, resiliency, as well as hearing best practices from the Cherokee Nation.
Some of the additional features attendees appreciate are the 2-week intervals between sessions, having recordings and slides available to access at a later time, the shared resources and statistics, and the interactive polling questions that capture what other organizations are currently doing.
